Bungalow on the beachfront in La Mata, Torrevieja. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 on the main floor of the house with a double bed, and two on the lower floor, one with two single beds and the last one with a single bed, two bathrooms with a bathtub (one on each floor), a Living room with dining room and separate kitchen equipped with appliances and kitchenware.
The house has a rear exit through which you will reach the sand of the beach 50 meters away. In this backyard you will find a kitchen and a shower for after the beach, with terraces on the main floor, in front and behind and a solarium with beautiful views of the sea.
With the necessary services 5 minutes away by car, along the beach promenade you will reach restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk away.
45 minutes from Alicante and Murcia airports.
With 5 golf courses 15 to 30 minutes by car from the house.

La Mata is known for the kilometer-long sandy beach that reaches Guardamar, the La Mata Dunes Park and the Blue Lagoon are worth a walk in the middle of nature.
