Very very well maintained and clean. Quiet environment. Contact was perfect. The access by car was not nice but the rest was absolutely great and recommendable.

Erholung pur mit toller Aussicht

Am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegenes Haus, daher ist vom Verkehrslärm fast nichts zu spüren. Ein abgeschlossenes Wohngebiet garantiert einem eine gewisse Sicherheit vor Ort. Die Zuwegung zum Haus / Garage mit einem SUV sollte man rückwärts vornehmen. Der Blick vom Grundstück auf den See ist atemberaubend !

Die Aussicht auf den Gardasee, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Villa und der Pool Schon beim letzten Aufenthalt hatte ich als Verbesserungsvorschlag geschrieben, daß es im Wohnzimmer keinen Fernseher gibt.

Sommerurlaub

Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Das einzige was nicht so entspannt war, ist die enge private Zufahrtsstraße. Das war schon eine Herausforderung, wenn man ein größeres Auto hat. Wenden vor dem Grundstück war nicht möglich. Somit musste man jedes Mal die Hälfte des Anfahrtweges rückwärts fahren. Dafür entschädigt der fantastische Ausblick vom Haus und der tolle Pool .

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Sehr schöne Aussicht und ruhige Lage Es fehlt ein Fernseher im Wohnzimmer oberer Stock. Ein Radio oder Ähnliches wäre auch sehr gut. Die Auffahrtsstrasse ist schon sehr eng.

Die Villa ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und hat allen Komfort, den man sich vorstellen kann. Wir haben dort wunderbare Tage verbracht. Leichtere Bettdecken und Auflagen für die Liegen wären noch toll gewesen. Aber das ist „Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau“

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Positiv: sehr sauber, gute Lage, wenig Trubel, geschütztes Wohnviertel, traumhafter Blick, viel Privatsphäre, offenes und helles Haus. Negativ: sehr schmale Zufahrt ohne Wendemöglichkeit, so ca. 50m rückwärtsfahrt in enger Gasse, nichts für unsichere Autofahrer, keine Spülmaschine, nur wenig Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind genug, zum Kochen aber wenig Equipment. Fazit: Würde ich wieder buchen !!!
