「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「Unfortunately, the space was not clean, I did not feel comfortable and welcome. The cushions on the chairs on the balcony were completely wet. The room is oriented and only 2-3 meters away from the main road on which, among other things, trucks drive, and the doors do not provide any sound insulation. 「We arrived at 10:30pm after a long day of travelling. The building had a lock box to enter. It is being renovated. The entrance is filled with dust, buckets etc. when we go up the stairs to our unit and open the door an older women and lady are staying in the hallway. There unit shares the hallway and must use this hallway for there bathroom. The door for the unit we go in has a frosted door so you hear them all night going to the washroom. The unit has 3 beds for the 5 of us but only 4 pillows,...

「il check-in era consentito dalle ore 15; alle 15:10 non avevo ancora ricevuto nessuna informazione per il check-in; ed ho atteso circa mezz'ora fuori. L'sms con le info del check-in mi è arrivato alle ore 15:26. Prenotavo la stanza per quattro persone (due adulti e due ragazze) e prevedeva: letto matrimoniale e divano letto. Il divano letto non era preparato; ho dovuto chiamare un numero trovato sul web e sapere è così ho compreso che le lenzuola erano nel divano chiuso e che dovevo...

「la stanza non valeva assolutamente i prezzo, ho dato un'occhiata nei dintorni ed ho visto che ci sono hotel che con qualche euro in più offrono stanze migliori e prima colazione. Per questa stanza bisognava pagare almeno il 20% in meno, come presenza e pilizia ci si avvicina ad un ostello. Infondo basterebbe poco per sostituire quell'arredamento e rendere la stanza un pò più presentabile. unica nota positiva il bagno nuovo ma il resto .........-- 」
