Every member of staff we met were warm and friendly and the cooked breakfast was superb. Appledore is such a lovely destination and a stay at the Royal George makes it all the more special. 「On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed and didn’t leave the hotel. We booked in for a meal which was fantastic.
