With 2 bedrooms and the capacity for 4/5 people, this 55 m² dwelling offers comfortable accommodation with views of the Mediterranean garden.The residence features a shaded Mediterranean garden that leads to an amusing swimming pool. onvenience is just a short walk away, with a supermarket located 300 m away, the sandy beach a pleasant 500 m stroll, and the town center 800 m away. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Empordà Golf Club, just 9 km away.For your convenience, transportation is easily accessible, with Flaçà train station 22 km away and Girona – Costa Brava Airport conveniently situated at a distance of 55 km.The apartment is equipped with an elevator, a furnished terrace for outdoor enjoyment, an iron, heating with a heat pump, and air conditioning in the living room. Additionally, you'll have access to a communal+infantile swimming pool for a refreshing dip. The accommodation also includes a TV and internet access according to availability (10€/day).The open-plan kitchen, with a glass-ceramic hob, is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and juicer.Sheets are included in the rental price. Colchones terribles

Todo se ajusta al anuncio. Pero lo de los colchones fué terrible. No se podia dormir, te clavabas los muelles. Denunciable. Mas de lo mismo con el sofá. Ni un "faquir" lo hubiera resistido.
