Positiv: die FeWo ist in Ordnung, schön gelegen im 7.OG mit toller Aussicht. Negativ: die Wohnungsagentur und der Ansprechpartner ist nicht im Ort sondern etliche Kilometer weiter so, dass eine rasche Hilfestellung fraglich ist. Die Korrespondenz und Gespräche nur in spanisch oder in englisch. Leider nicht in deutsch, was die Verständigung negativ beeinträchtigt. Schade.
