"The Villa is in good shape. We had an immediate issue with the air conditioning but repair crew was sent immediately and it was resolved. Having said that, the A/C was rarely used as the house catches great breezes at night. There are steps throughout as is typical for a Tortola property but something to consider with small children or the elderly. Kitchen well stocked and nothing was needed. Property well taken care of and would happily rent here again."

"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "
