Every member of the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel was perfectly located within the very heart of historic Toruń. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. I recommend without hesitation.

For me, this was a perfect stay. I stayed in a deluxe room with an enclosed balcony and view of the Vistula, the balcony being the perfect place to watch the sunset or just sit and ponder life. The hotel is just inside the Old Town itself, and it's just a very short walk to the tourist info centre, the castle ruins, the river walkway, and to the city bus. Staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating, and very responsive to emails beforehand. My own wish is that I couldn't have stayed another night.

The location of the property was great, close to all amenities. The staff was lovely. The property did not have a lift. We had to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor, which wasn’t great. The room did not have air conditioning, making it impossible to sleep.

Nice staff, good that they are on site 24/7. The breakfast was a bit spartan but quite okay. What was very bad was the condition of the beds. The mattresses were very bad and not suitable for people weighing more than 50 kg. the bed frames themselves were also in very poor condition and barely held together. The room was spacious and the toilet was perfectly fine. It is in a very good location in the old town.

Excellent Toruń Hotel

Hotel Czarna Rosa was a great experience from start to finish, as I received an extremely warm welcome and they even held my luggage for me after checkout while I walked around the town. The only slight negative is that there is no parking, which means using the rather expensive secured lots under the bridge.

Stayed at Carna Roza for 11 days. Even though the view was not spectacular, from my particular room, the room itself was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the customer service impeccable!! The staff were all extremely courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a a quality stay in Torun

Very rude people who work here. Room was small and had use keycard to get through multiple doors to get to area to get to the rooms. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again. Much better hotels in the area. This is probably the worse one. Again the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with.

O local do chuveiro muito pequeno, qualidade do papel higiênico ruim, a cama era horrivel, cochao fino, quarto apertado e abafado,muito quente, sem ar condicionado , ventilador barulhento, fiquei no 4 andar, com escadas, cafe da manha muito fraco , nao recomendo, a localização é otima, mas só. Nao me hospedaria novamente.

Zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistości - pokój był ciemny (okno na podwórko), brakowało klimatyzacji i przy temperaturze na zewnątrz 20 stopni C. w środku było duszno. Za oknem słychać było dźwięki jakiś urządzeń, co przeszkadzało spać. Śniadania bardzo podstawowe (niemal w ogóle nie było warzyw) i monotonne. Jedynie lokalizacja jest ok oraz personel był przyjemny. Biorąc pod uwagę całość, to zdecydowanie nie warto.

Really nice and cozy little hotel in the old town. Close to everything. Old historic building with a newer annex in the back. Receptionist Paulina did this little extra and helped me park my motorcycle inside👍😀. She was really kind and helpful and made the stay x-tra pleasant. Parking is availble outside on the street but being the old town of course limited.

Very nice hotel right in the middle of the city but on a quiet street. I had the room with the enclosed balcony looking at the old castle wall, towers, and part of the Vistula river. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and there is tea in the room. The included breakfast was good! We had a variety of fresh baked breads, cheese, tomato, ham, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Coffee was perfect. The best part about it was the friendly and helpful staff. The Ginger Bread museum is right next door so be ready for the great smells of fresh baked bread in the morning when you walk outside. The hotel also has an entry way on the back next to the castle walls so you can exit and enter the hotel without going through the mail lobby. I really liked this feature. I will stay again.

An evening in wonderful Torun

I came to Torun for the 2nd time for a concert and had forgotten how beautiful this city is The hotel is small, quiet and very lovely I enjoyed my short stay here
