Modern and Elegant with Lake View - Apartment Villa degli Ulivi

Only a short drive from a long stretch of beach along Lake Garda, this apartment in the Villa degli Ulivi is an elegant holiday home that combines breathtaking sights of Italian nature and the comforts of a stylish home. The villa consists of spacious, sunlit living and dining rooms, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bed and one single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms. The holiday home can therefore comfortably accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a children's bed and a highchair. Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy the large wrap-around porch, where they can savor shared meals at the rustic dining table and soak up the stunning view of Lake Garda in a beautiful rocking chair. The fenced property also features a barbeque and a garden with lounge chairs to relax in a private setting. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are within a 1 km radius (just a few minutes' driving) of the property, including the selection from the centre of Toscolano-Maderno. The closest beach, Spiaggia di Toscolano Maderno, is a 5-minute drive (or about 1.8 km) away.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

This apartment is located on the first floor with access by external staircase, and has direct access to the garden.
