「Nice place and very close to train stop Bad Sulza. Close to city centre 1km walk.
Room was nice and clean, no AC, no loundry service to the customers. Bike rental locate city tourist office, not on site.
Free parking on site.😎 Very nice, kind and helpfull staff.」

「Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie.
Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten.
Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten.
Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natürlich nicht erstattet.
Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine Tür hatte in der Duschkabine...

「Lage ist super, Zimmer sind schlicht aber okay, wobei nicht alle Steckdosen funktionierten. Leider gab es keine Wasserkocher für das Zimmer, was nett gewesen wäre. Sehr enttäuschend war leider das Personal am Abreisetag. Wollte am Tag des Check-out mein Gepäck noch bis zum Mittag im Hotel deponieren, was meiner Erfahrung nach in wirklich jedem Hotel auf dieser Welt möglich ist. Mir wurde recht unfreundlich erklärt, dass das nicht geht. Gastfreundlichkeit und Höflichkeit Fehlanzeige.」

「The property sends the checkin info via a link to Expedia message box. However Expedia app doesn’t allow links apparently so you can not follow the link to the checkin site.
