"If you like off the beaten path, this is a good choice. For the most part, staff was understanding and very helpful. Getting in and out of the resort area requires going through a gate and guard. "Henann is one of my most favorite resorts! Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! They have 4 restaurants, pool bars and room service was awesome! The pools were amazing, 4 large ones. My most favorite is the beachfront infinity pool. They’re closed late so you can enjoy after tours to unwind. This place is great for the whole family. "
