The house has been well cared for with thoughtful and useful upgrades especially in the kitchen. “The house is a short walk to the subway which makes getting into London easy. There are also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. As a family of 11, we prepared a lot of meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked with dishes and basics like salt and pepper. Also the supply of fresh bread, cereal, cakes, fruit and juices was much appreciated when feeding 5 hungry teenagers. I would highly recommend the house. There are a lot of stairs so if you have mobility issues, I would not recommend……

The house is large and easily accommodated our party of nine adults. Unfortunately, the standard of cleanliness and basic maintenance was disappointing: cobwebs, grubby paintwork, inside of bathroom cabinets untouched for some time, dirty floor rugs, broken or missing items (bulbs in bedside lights, rail in wardrobe), dead plants. "We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters as well. If you are first time in London, this is a nice choice, except for the room size. "
