“The delicious chocolate chip cookies given to the guests when checking was a nice touch. I was given 3 cookies when I checked in, for the 3 nights I was staying. Pleasant staff all around-hotel staff, restaurant, snd shuttle. A nice variety on menu at the restaurant and nice choices of wines. Having airport shuttle was one of my reasons I chose Double Tree, in Denver. This was my first time staying at a Double Tree Hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you! “1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver!
