Das Studio besteht aus dem Hauptraum und einem kleinen Badezimmer und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen mehrwöchigen Urlaub braucht. Die Ausstattung ist neu(er), alles war gut in Schuss und es gab keine Funktionsprobleme mit der Einrichtung oder Technik. Der Vermieter, ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Herr, spricht gut Deutsch und kam persönlich vorbei,

Studio aménagé avec des matériaux de qualité. La pompe à chaleur du ballon thermodynamique est un peu bruyante, mais ne se déclenche qu'à 10h et 17h pendant une demi-heure.

FORMIDABLE À TOUT POINT DE VUE

Accueil de Mr Miquel chaleureux et amical; toujours aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Logement moderne et fonctionnel. Tout se fait de plein pied... jusqu'à la plage à 50 mètres seulement ! Un vrai coup de coeur !

Séjour très agréable

Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec des petits cadeaux d’accueil bien sympathiques. Studio très confortable avec des prestations de qualité. De plus la situation est idéale dans les pins et tout près de la mer. La bicyclette laissée à disposition est idéale pour aller chercher son pain et se promener.

Pratique commerciale Abritel étonnante ...

Je conseille vivement cette location, le studio est très bien agencé, présente toutes les commodités utiles en vacances et il se trouve à deux pas de la plage de la Capte endroit idéal pour la baignade en particulier avec des enfants. Le propriétaire des lieux est aux petits soins et disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions. En revanche je suis particulièrement étonnée de recevoir un message du site Abritel m'indiquant que le propriétaire a laissé une appréciation me concernant mais que je ne pourrai consulter que lorsque j'aurai moi même rédigé une évaluation de mon séjour.... je ne trouve pas cela très" transparent" comme attitude.

Un petit coin de paradis...

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour dans ce studio. Il est très propre et bien équipé. Il est situé à 2 pas de la mer et il est très agréable de se balader dans les petits chemins adjacents. On rejoint très vite le petit centre ville très mignon où on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin : epicerie, boulangerie, restaurants etc... Je vous conseille vivement ce logement et ce coin très agréable du Sud :)

Super séjour

Nous avons passé 3 semaines super agréables. Qualité du logement: au top, tout est neuf et de qualité. La proximité de la plage et des commerces de La Capte sont très appréciables. On peut se balader. .. sans être obligé de prendre sa voiture. L'accueil du propriétaire est parfait convivialité et écoute des locataires, tranquillité, super Sympa! Et la possibilité de nouer des liens amicaux avec les voisins de location un plus.....vraiment ravis de notre séjour et on compte bien pouvoir renouveller ces vacances l'an prochain.

Un studio idéal!

Cela a beau être notre troisième séjour dans ce logement, nous en sommes toujours aussi ravis!! Il est parfaitement situé, dans une ruelle calme à deux pas de la plage et du village de La Capte! Très pratique, notamment pour les jeunes enfants! Entièrement équipé (y compris lave vaisselle et lave linge), vous trouverez dans ce studio tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une semaine parfaite! Satisfaction garantie! L'aménagement a été très bien pensé jusque dans ces moindres détails (douche extérieure pour les retours de plage, parasol et tancarville à disposition) et nous avons même eu droit à des petits cadeaux! Rien à redire, nous recommandons ce studio à 100% et nous reviendrons sans faute! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité!

Tout était absolument parfait. L'equipement du studio, sa localisation (petit lotissement calme à deux pas de la mer, proche des commerces de proximité type boulangerie epicerie bar resto...), la disponibilité et les attentions (bouteille de vin et de biére à l'arrivée) du propriétaire... De plus l'endroit regorge de belles choses à faire et à voir. Nous avons passé un sejour à la hauteur de notre ésperance. Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendront avec plaisir.

Really Good

Right in the second line from Water. You can walk to the beach it takes no more than 2 minutes. Good shape and good conditions. Really cosy front yard, you can spend the hole day there. The only less perfect thing is that you need to pack everything befor you arrive, such as toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, cloth and sheets. But it was amazing
