Overall the apartment and location was great. Lots of room inside the apartment. One big issue we had was there were renovations happening downstairs the entire week we were there. Since we rented this place to work from home and homeschool, it became very problematic with very sporadic and loud noise. It made it very hard to concentrate, hear during virtual meetings, and was overall very disruptive. If we had known about the renovations then we wouldn’t have booked this place. We did contact the property manger and they said they were unaware, and there was nothing they could do since construction is allowed during working hours.

Exceptionnel.Très grand et luxueux logement. 2 grandes chambres, un immense salon, une belle et grande table en bois massif dans la salle à manger, une cuisine très bien équipée. Seul petit "hic" : logement non climatisé. Mais comme il est traversant on peut ouvrir les fenêtres des deux cotés pour faire courant d'air. On est au 2ème étage, peu de risques de voir un cambrioleur escalader la façade en plein centre ville.Ce logement est merveilleusement bien situé : à deux pas de la basilique Saint Sernin. La place du Capitole est à 10 minutes à pieds. Appartement situé dans un quartier animé, avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants ou bars, mais dans une petite rue très calme.À 2 minutes de la station de bus et tram "Jeanne d'Arc", où s'arrête la navette de l'aéroport. La gare Matabiau est à une dizaine de minutes de marche.Nous avons gardé l'adresse pour y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Toulouse.
