"I arrived late and the taxi driver dropped me off at this ally way that was quite a way from the hotel lobby, especially when you have luggage. I assumed it was down that way because of the sign. I felt unsafe because it was very dark and not lit up. As well, there could have been signage indicating where the hotel was as I just assumed it was down that way. If I missed the sign, it was because it was very dark."
