"The deluxe room my Mother and I shared was enormous and beautiful. It was about 120 square meters big. Suite 18. My Mom enjoyed a facial at the spa at an excellent rate and the property grounds were flawless in every way. The staff was welcoming and courteous and made us feel right at home 🙏"

"Our stay at El Patio Courtyard House was truly exceptional and a highlight of our time in Tunisia. Ahmed was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. We arrived very late, and he personally waited up to make sure we arrived safely and were comfortable, which immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was amazing—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. It set the tone for each day and added to the overall experience of the stay. The vibe of the house was exactly what we were hoping for in Tunisia: authentic, peaceful, and full of character. The space was super clean, very private, and beautifully maintained. Being located in the heart of the city made everything incredibly convenient, with easy access to local sights, food, and culture—yet the house itself felt like a quiet retreat. "Dar Ya is in the middle of the medina. I do advise getting there in the daylight hours as it’s hard to find otherwise and a bit creepy. Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. All of Tunisia really. Place was clean and bathrooms were accessible etc. Breakfast was good as well-basic Tunisia fare and adequate. "
