Check in was very easy, as was check out. We had some trouble figuring out things like electricity - which works differently than in the States - but the owners were extremely responsive.

Our host Caroline was fantastic, making sure we knew how to find things as well as work the heater, appliances, and TV. She knew the area very well and could not have been nicer or more helpful.
