“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with……

“Firstly, I must say our family suite was spacious and spotless. The hotel's location was convenient for taking several different metro lines, though you need to spend 20 to 30 minutes to get to the center.
You better expect it to be a service apartment rather than a hotel.
1. It did not provide daily room cleaning unless you booked 6 continuous nights, as the reception desk replied.
2. You needed to download an app for laundry and pay through the app. It was not difficult, but I expected an……
