Établissement vraiment agréable

Struttura carina, ma eravamo in tre e ci hanno messo in un altro edificio non troppo lontano ma raggiungibile solo a piedi e se hai più bagagli molto scomodo. Eravamo pure al secondo piano e senza ascenzore

Absence de prestation - client très mécontent.

Réservation faite le jour même de la nuitée. Information des horaires de check in uniquement après la transaction sur Hotel.com. Pas pu entrer dans l hôtel fermé. Personne ne répond au téléphone à l hôtel (pourtant avant 20.30), malgré message laissé sur repondeur, personne ne rappelle. Nous avons du en catastrophe trouver un autre hôtel. Très déçu de l'absence de prestation et surtout d avoir payé 100 euros pour trouver porte fermée !!! Client très insatisfait et mécontent.

Budget Hotel in the centre of town

The location is great right in the centre of Tournus and easy to find not too far from the Autoroute. The private parking was good for 9 euros. It is a little shabby and in need of re-decorating but O.K. for the price. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thought the breakfast was over priced for what we got but there was no charge for our dog. It was Sunday so the restaurant was closed but had a very nice meal at a restaurant recommended nearby.

N'ont pas les moyens d'assurer un service normal

Il faut quasiment prendre RV pour rencontrer le personnel de l'hôtel - une personne. Tout aurait dû être refait il y a au moins 30 ans. La literie est bien, et il semblerait que le restau le soit aussi.

Hôtel à éviter absolument

Chambre mise à disposition ne correspond pas à celle réservée (4 lits simples au lieu de 1 lit double et 2 lits simples). Le patron mécontent de devoir respecter la réservation sur mon instance. Chambre délabrée (trou dans les portes, tringle à rideaux cassée, ...) A l'image globale de l'hôtel (trou dans les murs dans les escaliers), manque totale d'hygiène (Pas de housse sur le matelas ni sur les oreillers), lit absolument inconfortable (peu dormi et mal au dos), chambre sinistre (décoration archi datée et pas entretenue).

Hôtel très agréable et silencieux, situé près du centre historique. Le gérant et le personnel rencontré étaient d'une très grande gentillesse. Le restaurant est très bon, les plats ont beaucoup de saveurs. Les croissants et le pain du petit-déjeuner viennent directement de la boulangerie. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, que ce soit pour l'hôtel ou le restaurant. Je conseille !

Trevlig liten stad, enkelt att nå hotellet på vår resa genom Frankrike.centralt beläget hotel med parkeringsmöjligheter. Vi åt även vår middag där, vilket var helt OK.ingen hiss vilket kan vara problem om man har mycket bagage.

Als Zwischenstop für die Reise an das Mittelmeer e

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus zur Straße, was mir ohne Oropax zu laut gewesen wäre. Im Sommer waren die Plätze draussen im Restaurant hinter dem Hotel bereits belegt, so dass wir ohne Reservierung nur noch drinnen im Restaurant Essen konnten. Das kleine Menü für 25,- Eur ist OK. Das Zimmer ist einfach, aber sauber und in Ordnung für ein bis zwei Nächte.
