Modern apartment near Vieux Tours

Located just a 5-minute walk from Vieux Tours, this modern 60m² T3 apartment is sure to please you, whether you're with family, friends or colleagues.
Completely refurbished and fully equipped, you'll want for nothing.
The apartment is entirely for you, and is laid out as follows:
- One bedroom with double bed
- Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. In the kitchen, you'll find hobs, all you need for cooking, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and even a rice cooker!
When you arrive, all you have to do is set down your suitcases. Bed linen is provided, and the house is professionally cleaned. Bed linen and towels are provided.

You can easily reach the apartment on foot, by streetcar or by car.
The apartment is one kilometer from Tours train station (about 10 minutes' walk), and the tramway stops just a few meters away at the "Nationale" stop. Parking is also available next to the apartment.

Thanks to its location, you can do everything on foot or take public transport.

The apartment is on the second floor, without elevator.

Nice but needs improvements

Nice and quite clean. A good location near center. BUT we would not go back again mainly because although the kitchen was complete, there were no dinning table and chairs. Another thing : no bedside table. And last, the windows lack curtains, including in the bathroom.
