Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed.

Nice location, but it needs maintenance
The locatiin is very good, walking distance to city center, near a supermarket. But the hotel obviously needs maintenance. For ecample, he carpet was FULL of spots, looks dirty.

Would stay again!
First I would absolutely stay again. The location is perfect, the staff is so nice, great pool, safe, huge apartment. I worry about the cleanliness during COVID because it was kind of dirty and there were old sponges there that many people had used which is totally gross during a pandemic. And they would not clean my room. I asked for maid service and soap for 6 days and they never came once which is weird. I had to go out and buy shampoo and garbage bags and take out my garbage and clean it myself which is totally fine because it was so cheap but don't think that there is any maid service. but for the price who cares?

In general it is worth the money. There is no air conditioning so in warm summer days all windows are opened and some forget to switch the TV off during the night so it was loud. The WiFi was down on several days. The pool was a plus for the warm afternoon.

Perfect central location
Very modern clean comfortable apartment with own well equipped kitchen area. Ideally located to station and a short walk to shops and bars. Well stocked supermarket next door.

I had a great 5 night stay in a studio at this property and can recommend it highly, although I should point out that there is no daily housekeeping for multi-night stays like mine. The property appears to be relatively new, there is a central garden area providing an attractive outlook for rooms on the courtyard side, and the location is excellent.

It was perfect for the train station. A but of a walk to the old town though. It was too hot so kept windows but street noise was absolutely terrible and then we had to put up with early noisy deliveries under our window. Very disturbing.

Not The Place To Be In A Heat Wave
We stayed during the heat wave and this hotel has no air conditioning so it was not a very comfortable experience. Not the hotels fault. We bought a fan and suffered through it...

The receptionist on arrival and departure were disinterested. The lady told us to wait whilst she had a conversation in the back of reception with a colleague and then did her filing. The customer clearly is a hindrance

Great location, easy walking to restaurants, supermarket next door, easy to get to the sights of the Loire Valley. Good size rooms and the kitchenette is very handy if staying more than 1 night. Rooms clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful.

Good value for money
Amazing location across from train and easy walk to old town and pedestrian street. Grocery store right beside hotel. Front desk has limited hours so be cautious when arriving. One of the receptions was not very friendly but the others were. Rooms clean but kitchen had no wine glasses. No housekeeping during stay. Residence requests you remove all garbage from unit when leaving. We had to request toilet paper. Would still stay again due to location and cleanliness.

Good location near train station and buses. Amazingly quiet location though. Self catering facilities in the room more than adequate. Also excellent supermarket next door for breakfast ingredients! 😀

nous sommes arrivés en fin de soirée, en arrivant dans la salle de bain la chaleur et l’humidité de la douche ont abîmés le plafond de la pièce il s’effrite. Le matin à 8h30 nous avons été réveillé par une très forte odeur de tabac ce qui n’est pas du tout agréable, l’odeur était présente jusqu’à notre départ mais à part séjour très agréable, chambre très propre.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Très bien avec les enfants. Seul bémol pas de couette fournie pour le canapé lit, juste une vieille couverture qui gratte d’un autre temps et peu hygiénique. Heureusement la personne de l’accueil a accepté de nous donner une couette ainsi qu’une housse! Personnel très agréable.

Séjour moyennement agréable dans une chambre Prenium. Des trous dans les taies d'oreillers, carrelage de la cuisine qui colle et les poignets des placards sales! Cependant la literie est confortable, la chambre est grande et la piscine est agréable.

Séjour de 3 nuits dans un studio spacieux, bien équipé et calme. J'ai pu apprécié la situation de la résidence (plein centre, proche de la gare et des commerces), ainsi que la salle de fitness et la piscine bien chauffée. Seules ombres au tableau: accueil assez impersonnel et une seule couette pas très chaude pour la nuit, il manque un distributeur ou mieux, un bar pour qui veut prendre un café en journée sans avoir à utiliser la cafetière du logement (et donc devoir acheter filtres et café en poudre).
