The staff is friendly in the restaurant and has a great breakfast
Rooms especially bathrooms could be Cleaner could use a deep clean. I think not just the regular ones over to get it up to par
Not sure about all the rooms I know some have been renovated, but the courtyard rooms could use a renovation I think new carpeting, etc. updated bathrooms are needed are looking pretty worn and I don’t think they’ve been remodelled in a long time.
We had an odd situation. We rebooked with Expedia and wanted a different room type and instead of letting us do it, they made us cancel the booking and rebook that it took me many days to get through to Expedia and get the refund approved, even though the counter staff said the refund would be no problem.
Just seemed like a bit of a runaround since I’ve done similar things at other hotels without any problem.
I’ve stated this hotel for many many years and will continue, but it could definitely use a little bit of improvement. Always a really good price which makes up for some of the shortcomings."
