"This is an old farmhouse with lots of character. The bedrooms are large, the beds comfy. The kitchen is well-stocked. It is a 15 minute walk to town (on the lakefront) but you get to walk by beautiful homes and gardens. Lacy is a very responsive landlord. Would not hesitate to return."

"We had a lovely time staying on the finger lakes! The house is so comfortable, and the location on the lake is absolutely perfect! It had everything you need to enjoy a day on the lake - floats, chairs, and a new immaculate dock! The house is also close to so many wineries (right in the middle of the wine trail!!) we can’t wait to come back! "

"Our group had a great time at this property! The fire pit and grill made for a wonderful summer stay. It was an about a 12 min drive to the village of Watkins, but Tin Barn Brewing is practically in the back yard and other wineries close by. We were able to find local transportation to get us to the village so no one had to worry about driving! We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house! Looks much larger than the photos showed! Jason was very responsive and welcoming as a host!"

I highly recommend this beautiful lakefront retreat. As an added feature there is meticulous landscaping and bird feeders all around. A nature lover’s dream. "

"Cute house. Way off the main roads. Ubers are not prevalent. Host was extremely attentive and available. He is very kind and hospitable. "

"We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay. We were unable to utilize highlighted amenities in the description such as pool, fire pit and hot tub with our families during our stay. One of our...
