「The staff was kind and helpful. We checked in and opened our door and the smell hit my wife and I right away. Accommodations were basic. The room was clean, but my wife’s allergies could not tolerate staying. Again, the staff was very helpful and understanding. They gave us a refund of all but $25 as a credit card processing fee.」

「Air-conditioning worked well. Microwave didn't, needed to do reset numerous times. Thought staff was going to replace it but they didn't. Pool was nice to use.」

「Had to wait 25 minutes to get waited on. Opened the door to the room & the smell about knocked us over. Couldn’t stay in the room or would have been sick. Went back to office & had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to help us. Boy that came to help said he was sorry. I asked for a refund & he told me he couldn’t since I didn’t pay him. Left & had to get another room at a better place @ hope I can get my money back」

「Could use some refreshing. Had to ask for new towels. Otherwise the price was right and turned out to be a peaceful and convenient stay close to Auburn and downtown Skaneateles.」
