A nice and clean family-run business. I was greeted warmly and felt safe at the space. Room smelled great, shower was hot, and bed was comfortable. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet spot locally or if passing through.

Very nice staff and rooms were clean and smelled citrusy which my family and I liked. It is a motel not a hotel but has nice small fridge and microwave. Really just right for our needs. Staff was quick to respond to a request. Overall great town and area to visit.

The hotel was okay for just sleeping 1 night. It was quiet enough for us to sleep all night despite being on a main road. However it could have been cleaner, and the towels were very thin. But keep in mind it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area.

Pleasant owner / operators.

The owner was very nice for check in and provided me an upgrade from my original reservation. This was a very nice gesture. The room was a minimalist approach, it did have a refrigerator and was a suite arrangement. The floors and the bathroom needed a little more attention on cleaning. It was tolerable. The bed was very hard and the A/C unit cycled all night. The second night was better as we used constant fan since it was cooler temperatures. And the bed although still hard was easier to sleep on due to us being exhausted from our daytime adventures.

Unsafe and smelly

We are travelling as a family around USA so we have chosen cheap accommodation to use simply to sleep over , use wash facilities and get ready for the next day . Our requirements were therefore simple : clean / quiet / safe . The reception and room stank of an old people’s care home ( that’s polite for urine ) . The room itself was ok for what we needed but the air con didn’t work properly so we were hot all night and the windows didn’t lock so we didn’t feel safe as we were on a ground floor and the large windows could simply be lifted to get in . I noticed the fire alarm was broken to so didn’t inspire confidence. That being said after getting used to the smell and barricading the windows we ticked one box ( quiet )

Comforter and towels looked dirty. No counter space in bathroom. Shower did not work. Baseboard heat did not work. Mattress uncomfortable. Pictures online do not represent what rooms look like. We were given a portable heater which helped or option to change rooms but declined moving as it was 9 p.m. at night. Carpet was well worn. Understood why no cars there that night. More like a pay by the week motel, if you know what I mean. Found another hotel the next night.

Overpowering Dog Smell

Seneca Falls is awesome, everyone at the motel was nice and the room was cute, but there was a guy shouting in the parking lot who appeared to live there, and our room smelled strongly and sickeningly of dog. Not so clean.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We booked it within an hour of arriving. We had our Golden Retriever dog with us, and it cost an extra $20.00 for her, which we thought was reasonable. The hotel was adequate and had a refrigerator in it (which was unplugged when we entered but cooled down quickly once we plugged it in). I would recommend this if you have kids and/or a dog.
