“We had a great time staying here as a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cozy play corner up in the loft. So much natural lighting! I loved how wide the door and some windows were for letting in fresh air. Being close to the river was a nice touch! We found some really neat rocks and enjoyed the walks. We also enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets in the field. We cooked our meals in the treehouse, and ate down at the picnic table. I almost packed a tray - regretted not after many……

“Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. “Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. ”

“We had a great time at the cabin. It's an amazing spot next to the lake. We couldn't get enough of the incredible view. Each morning we woke up to the picturesque window outlooking nature that was just breathtaking. Like waking up to a unique painting each day.Love the ambiance of the house. It's super cozy and cute.
