「This spacious chalet perfectly met the needs of our family. Communication with our hosts was efficient and friendly - so easy to work with. We had a tire blow out — they immediately responded with recommendations and we had the tire fixed in less than 12 hours! We spent our days on the slopes, hit a couple of restaurants in town and hung out in the living space playing games and watching movies. 「House is very nice. Lots of SPACE Beds are comfortable and the entire house is clean Host, Brad was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We played a lot of games and a card table would be nice. Also written instructions and a broadcast guide forthe TV would be very helpful. 」

「Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. 「Excellent location. Extremely clean. Secluded for privacy. Spacious home to allow for privacy if needed. Host provided small amenities, linens, towels, soap, shampoo etc. which added to our comfort. Home is beautifully remodeled as we look at pics before the updates. A very pleasant stay.」
