“Our family spent a wonderful week at Rustic Lodge. The expansive waterfront deck was the place to be during the very hot week. Upon arrival we discovered plenty of storage and refrigerator space. The rooms were larger than they appeared in the property photos. We all loved the Adirondak feel of the Lodge and look forward to returning next summer.”

“We stayed here for a perfect fall getaway. A little hard to find in the dark, so I'd recommend getting there before dark. Other than that it was in a peaceful setting, quiet out of the way place we'd definitely stay at again. ”

“Beautiful, peaceful…you will not want to leave. Excellent communication, effortless check in. Resets the soul..”

“This was a very nice lakefront! We would stay at again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property with our kids and pups. The only thing I would improve is air conditioning. Otherwise everything was great! If we need to we would stay here again. It is close to my family so visiting them was easy. This property met all of our needs and was very nice.”

“We enjoyed our time on the lake at Ron and Sandy’s. They were very accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect with great swimming and on a quiet area of the lake. The camp was well stocked and comfortable. The kids are asking already to go back next summer.”

“Sometimes you stay in these places, and you can tell it’s an investment property. It isn’t really a home. It’s a house. It’s not used and loved by someone. Not this home. Everything you could need. It truly felt it was our own vacation home. The host checked in regularly. And was always speedy to address any questions that we had. The home had plenty of space and was laid out well. Our family of 5 (7yo, 13yo and 16yo), dog and 2 grandparents enjoyed the stay emensly. We made s’mores……

“A very cute apartment. Susan, our host was friendly, very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were kind to supply us with coffee and breakfast items and fresh eggs from their chickens!”

“Perfect property for 2 in a peaceful setting in ADK area… clean and comfortable with much attention given to details that made our stay pleasant and relaxing. Paul and Amy were great hosts who responded to any questions we had promptly… thank you”

“Great house with all the amenities you need. Awesome porch, and great dock for boating and fishing.”

“Brenda was a wonderful host. Hidden gem can be found in Rocky Retreat. Ambling Brook and beautiful song birds were the perfect accompaniment to the Adirondack wood style accommodations.”

“Fantastic! Paul was responsive to our questions. The house is well appointed and perfect for our family visiting SUNY ESF Ranger School. ”

“We were there for our son’s graduation. Wonderful location, peaceful, would stay again!”

“The property is literally a slice of heaven. The quiet was so noticeable & we loved not hearing constant road noise. Listening to the lunes, bull frogs, & the humm of the hummingbirds was a delightful treat! I especially enjoy kayaking & being able to do that everyday with hardly no effort is heaven for me! My son & our dog went hiking daily & absolutely loved it. Fires in the fire pit were another winner for us! Fabulous sunsets & coffee every morning out on the little island made meditation so……
