「Breath taking surroundings on a beautiful horse farm! Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! She greeted us with a lovely tour of the property and made us feel right at home! Highly recommend !」

「Wonderful place to stay. Everything you need was provided in case you forgot to bring it with you. Living room comfortably sits 6 with YouTube tv provided. Property was quite and fire pit in rear added to country living experience. I have already recommended this property to several friends and plan to return in spring.」

「A delightful weekend getaway.Kelly the owner went out of her way to make us comfortableAs soon as you walk in the front door you can smell the cleanliness and the essential oils.We loved the sunken jacuzzi, hot tub, multiple swings and all the twinkle lightsThe free continental breakfast was a bonus 」

「Our host was just wonderful! He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond by even bringing my grandson an air mattress & showing us his horses. The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor fireplace and hammock was great. The only problem we had was the television service was spotty even after our host tried to fix it. All in all, a wonderful visit.」

「We loved this cozy place to stay. Matt and Eliza were genuinely friendly and attentive. The cottage is sweetly decorated and the small kitchen has everything you might need for an overnight. Really enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Bed very comfortable with extra blankets. The little fireplace in the sitting room put out a nice warmth for the cool Sept evening. The cottage is in a rural area, which means some winding around on country roads to get there, but well worth the extra effort. One...

「Well appointed with all you could need. Great communication with the host.」

「Property was beautiful would t change anything. Will definitely book again when we are in town.」

「This is an excellent place to stay. It is 20 min. north of Binghamton and 45 min. east of Ithaca, where we did many hikes. But each day, we looked forward to returning to the cottage. Where you are staying, you wouldn't know there was a town within a 100 miles. The only noise you will hear is birds happily singing. Sitting on the 2nd floor deck rockers or the porch swing with a coffee each morning was heavenly. A great place to read and relax or stargaze at night. I found this stay very...

「Beautiful apartment! Really lovely. Fully equipped. Our host was very responsive.Easy drive to Binghamton! 」

「Beautiful and clean property! Room for my whole family to stay. 」

「We loved the space. Would like a few more regular things (dish sponge, small dresser in bedroom, a few more basic dishes), just to make it more “homey” feeling. Instructions on the TV, and access to the remotes in the playroom would make it better. Overall the place was spacious, beautiful, clean, and quiet. We will be back at least once a year, probably more and having the apartment in the same town as our kids and grandkids is perfect.」

「Very quiet and beautiful」

「My second stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Host is very friendly and the whole process goes flawlessly. Love this place.」

「We stayed at the lake house for about a week and half in June and had a blast. The weather worked out for us and we spent nearly everyday on the water with our pup. The house had kayaks and a pedal boat for use. Water access couldn't be any easier. We also brought our mountain bikes and rode around and hiked on local trails. Overall we had a great, and much needed, relaxing vacation.」

「Even though it was a short stay, we loved the house. The beds were comfy and had all the amenities we needed. The best part was that it was only a 5min drive to the location of my daughter’s wedding. If I have a need to travel to Marathon again, I would definitely book this house again」
