We provide kayaks for your use, allowing you to explore the bay at your leisure. There is a beach at Gull Bay that you can use for swimming and sun bathing. There is also a pu-in for boats if you want to bring your own boat and tie-up at our dock.
While Gull Bay offers tranquility and seclusion, you're only a short 10-minute drive from Ticonderoga, where you can explore historic sites such as Fort Ticonderoga or the Heritage Museum, dine at local restaurants, and stock up on supplies. For a $59 fee per stay, your reservation includes Accidental Damage Protection up to $1,500. This covers life’s little accidents (like a broken glass, stained linen, or a bumped lamp) so you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about unexpected repair costs.
Coverage applies to unintentional damage only and does not include intentional damage, theft, smoking/pet violations, or excessive cleaning. All damages must be reported during your stay to qualify (full details in the rental agreement).
