「Bathroom door didn’t close, no towels and the rooms need repair.」

「The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service」

「Quiet and comfortable. Would be nice to have option to purchase a breakfast snack or fruit but not a big deal if you plan ahead. Pretty spot and short scenic drive to cooperstown.」

「The place will surprise you!!! Is a cozy well decorated place. They have everything we need from the coffee to microwave, cute beautiful fridge to comfortable bed and clean linens. The owner stay in touch with us all the time offering help every step of the way. The place is located close to Cooperstown downtown and just off Route 20 close enough to everything you need. I will definitely stay again there and I recommend to everyone.」

「Location is amazing, the owners pay attention to every small detail (extra kcups, plenty of linens, baseball themed everything), and the fact that your “parking pass” is a random baseball card that they leave in your room to put on your dashboard was just flat out fun. Super clean and very comfortable, this was the perfect place for my kids and I to spend a few days in beautiful and scenic Cooperstown. So much fun!」
