"The room wasn't cleaned between nights or days of stays. Had to ask for towels, coffee for the next morning. Also wasn't able to check out and receive confirmation of the cost and return of deposit. "The area is beautiful. The resort is great. Loved our vacation. The only thing that caught us by surprise is there is only one place to eat close by the resort. While the food is good, it is quite expensive. For any other eating options you have to go in to the town of Banff."
