“A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!”

“Quaint little cottage. Nicely decorated. Pictures and description are accurate.
Clean and comfortable. Kevin was quick to respond to all our questions. Met Echo who was just a great dog. Enjoyed playing with him.
Wifi worked great.
Would recommend to others for sure.”

“the check-in process is clear and easy to follow, and the property is clean and well-stocked, with toiletries, towels, and supplies for coffee and tea. the furniture is comfortable, and both wifi and roku tv are provided. hosts are kind and communicative.
the location is super convenient: there is a plaza nearby with a grocery store, bank, lcbo, gas station, etc. and the hosts provide a list of nearby restaurants and takeaway locations.”

“The host communication was excellent. She is always there when we reached out with questions. The unit is very comfortable!
Just to help future travellers understand the structure of this rental, there are 3 parties/entities to deal with because:
First party - private unit owners renting out to guests (we love the idea and set up). Our hosts is excellent in communication and very helpful. She really tries.
Second party - you have the front desk who does common security management for……

“Overall the location was perfect. The host was difficult in that numerous text and emails came daily about the rules and regulations. However, I did not get the final check in instructions until I arrived. The "boarding Pass" link did not provide all the information. No one would actually call me until in continued to beg while standing in the hallway in front of the room. Extremely frustrating. The towels and face clothes were still wet from laundry. Folded up which could have lead to……
