「In general, the unit is clean, bright and provide what we expected. The stay experiences are very good.
Something can be improved. 1. The photos to show the bedrooms can show the actual conditions. When we booked the unit, the photos showed the bedrooms had mattress only. No pillow or bed sheet. No photos to show toilet paper, cookware or tableware. We brought everything to the unit and it wastes spaces in our car. If the photos can show more, we can have a better plan. 2. 「Overall our experience was positive. We experienced one issue in the washroom that was fixed at a very short notice. We requested for a vacuum cleaner and got it promptly. Further, there was no guarantee of a parking spot when we booked. However, we were assigned a reserved spot when we arrived. We only saw the staff when we requested help and they were friendly and very helpful.
The location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute drive from the University of Waterloo.
