Just 1 thing....

Prime location, clean arpartments & facilities. Only 1 problem... PARKING! Upon arrival we found our parking space occupied by an unknown resident for the first 40hrs of our stay. Parking spaces in the visitors area are very limited so this was a huge disappointment and put us at a disadvantage. Brandi was very quick to communicate and the issue was raised with the body corporate but very inconvenient to unpack/ pack luggage or groceries. Such a shame when you are paying good and dont get your secure parking spot.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My recent stay in Townsville was lovely. The accommodation was just as described. The unit was clean and spacious. Everything was provided that we needed which was an unexpected surprise. The beds were very comfortable which I was a little concerned about having a bad back and neck. I couldn't fault the apartment and complain about anything. It felt homely and secure. The communication with holiday hosting was also just as great. Emails and calls when needed were addressed in a timely manner with courtesy and professionalism. I can't wait for my next hassle free adventure:-)
