The Pines, Horseshoe Bay

Just a heads-up – there’s no public transport close by so having a car will make getting around much easier unless you don't mind walking !

The Pines is located in a residential street and is not suitable for groups or parties of any kind. This home is bordering on the National park so you may be visited by local wildlife.

The Pines is an architecturally designed, multi-award winning tropical home. Its unique design has been featured in numerous magazines and it gives a holiday with a difference:

Enjoy the smell of the natural bush and pine trees. Delight in the wide overhangs that bring the outside in, but which protect you from the excesses of the sun. Shower with no shower curtains or closed in cubicles.

Parents, close off the master bedroom area and soak in a bath on the patio deck with no bathroom walls to close you in.The house has been specifically designed for the tropics and minimizes the need for air-conditioning. Although all bedrooms are air-conditioned, excellent flow through ventilation and ceiling fans, in combination with a number of factors, negates the need for them in the rest of the house. The ocean and magical beaches are only a short drive away.
