"This resort is honestly amazing, we stayed for three nights to celebrate our two year anniversary and were blown away by the resort. The lengths that each and every staff member goes to in order to ensure your stay is perfect is like I haven’t experienced anywhere else. The floating breakfast is a must and if you can book one of the dinners set up in multiple locations around the it is 100% worth it, the effort put into setting up the decorations is enough, however they go above and beyond creating a personalised menu with your initials as a keepsake. Even after all of that the food is some of the best you will ever have in Bali. Even if you can’t get a room at this resort a trip to it’s restaurant for dinner is worth it alone the prices are very reasonable, especially if you can book into one of their all you can eat BBQ with Balinese dancing as entertainment. Thank you to all the staff at the resort for making this such a special experience. We will be back :)"

"I had noooo idea an Elephant comes to your room EVERY night and takes you to dinner. Out of this world. Truly amazing experience that i hope all my friends and family will see in their lifetime. "There was careful thought that went into the property design and details. The room service food options were okay and the menu options could use some improvements. Breakfast menu, restaurant views, room villa (with private pool), and design, along with staff were its best qualities. We will definitely be back. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was great. They even did a little something special for our honeymoon! The water did go out due to a burst in the main water line (out of their control) during our stay. We were in the middle of a shower and wasn’t notified of what happened until we reached out to staff. I thought they could’ve done a better job with informing the guest. "

"Definitely a place for couple retreat/honeymoon for some own personal time. Service and staff are excellent. The traffic to get to the hotel is way long. 2.5 to 3 hours for about 20miles. "
