Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr gemütlichen Betten inkl. der Klappcouch für die Kids. Die Kissen könnten bisschen hochwertiger sein aber ansonsten alles top. Die Servicekräfte waren alle samt unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend.. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und das Hotel mit dem Klostercharm und den viel erhaltenen Original Kleinigkeiten im Hotel machen das Bild rund und sehr einladend. Toppen kann das alles nur das sehr……

“We had a great reception at DB hotel wroclow. We were on route to deliver 2 x uk fire engines to ukraine, I had phoned ahead and they made a special secure parking location for us. The reception manager Tomek? Was especially efficient and a nice guy. The hotel was very nice, super clean, all staff were nice and pleasant but Tomek stood out. Breakfast was really nice too. ”

“Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da so zentral in der Altstadt. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war funktional und in sehr gutem Zustand. Da zum Hof gelegen, war es ruhig.Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und effizient. Vielleicht manchmal etwas zu sehr 😉wenn z.B. beim Frühstück das Geschirr abgeräumt wurde, obwohl man noch nicht fertig war.
