"The hotel is pretty old, I believe APA just bought over and rebrand it. All facilities inside the room is like a 80's hotel. However, the room is clean and no smoking smell."
"There was no non smoking floor and the floor we were staying smelled strongly of tobacco. The cleanliness is okay. The edges of the toilet is a bit moldy but is overall acceptable. Not a bad experience given the cheap price."
