"This was the ideal studio apartment for my son and I to explore the part of Japan. It was right next to the Kishibe station and meant we were an hour or less to all the sites we wanted to see from Kyoto to Universal Studios Japan, to Kobe. Room was super clean if not brand new, I forgot to ask how long it had been open. There's a great couple of restaurants there too. Live the Spice House. Chicken Byriani was awesome. Lawson and 7-11 within a short walk (of course). Staff were wonderfully kind and helpful for everything. Big heartfelt thank you to them for a great stay. "

"Had a wonderful stay at the Green Rich Hotel. It was a bonus to have shuttle service from the airport though it's literally a 10 minute walk. However, if you have a 90 y/o dad with you, it's helpful since a taxi would definitely not take you. When I called earlier about pick up times, they say to call them when you need the ride. However, if you don't have a cell phone or a phone that can dial in Japan, it's hard to find a public phone these days. I ended up going to the information desk and they called the hotel on my behalf! The other issue by not having a cell phone is that you can't make calls from the hotel phone. You can receive calls from the outside but no calls going to the outside are possible. That seems to be the case with a lot of hotels these days. They said that they incorporated this policy this year. Outside of the hotel, we didn't find much in terms of restaurants. We arrived on a Sunday and the only thing available to eat was the 7-11 which has decent food compared to 7-11's in the rest of the world but it's still a 7-11... It's nice to have a public bath in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is tasty and very filling. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious. For the price, this will be our go to place whenever we visit Itami. "

"This Ryokan is so beautiful, in a very peaceful place, with an amazing staff. I felt like I was being taken care of like I was part of the family. I felt at home, with the cozy rooms and the onsen was definitely the highlight for me. I would highly recommend the breakfast option because they were so delicious and different every morning!"
