"館内とても清潔でスタッフの方々も感じ良く、また静かで居心地良く滞在することができました。 特に大浴場とサウナ、更衣室の清掃が行き届いていて気持ち良く利用させて頂きました。 ルーム清掃は2日に1回です。 朝食は毎日少しずつメニューが変わり、炊き立ての美味しいお米や新鮮なサラダ、サーモンやチキン、温泉卵や納豆などのタンパク質、数種類のパンや牛乳とコーヒー等、毎朝がとても楽しみでした。 今回はアメリカから地元に一時帰国のため、約1週間利用させていただきましたが、次回もぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。フロントの方々、ルーム清掃の方々、美味しい朝食を作ってくださった方々、ありがとうございました。"

"Less than 5 minute walk from Yumoto station. 2 Onsens exists in its vicinity. OVerall a good place, very basic, took a while for the internet to work. Not a whole lot of place to eat, but the town itself is super small.. an ok place for a one night stay.."

"檜風呂設置の大浴場で掛け流しの源泉を味わうことが出来てとても良かったです！ 当日はスパリゾートハワイアンズで遊び疲れていたこともあり、少し熱め(42℃)の温泉が身体にも心にも染みました……。 客室の構造のせいか、隣同士の部屋からの音漏れは少し気になりましたが疲れて寝入ってしまったので結果オーライでした。 本格的な温泉がある中、浴衣サービスもあり「温泉旅館」を感じることができるホテルでとても満足です!! あ、朝食付きで利用したのですが、ホロホロ常陸牛の煮付けやちょっとしたお刺身、おかわり有りのご飯と朝から贅沢な朝食を頂くことができて満足度はかなり高めです! 高速からもハワイアンズからもそこまで離れておらず、近くにファミレスやドラスト、コンビニにガソスタなど必要になりそうな施設が充実しています。 お陰様で貴重な旅行が大切な思い出になりました。 ありがとうございました。"
