Property and staff were amazing, got the deluxe suit and couldn’t be happier with my stay. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Special thank you to Selin at the reception for making our stay so special.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The staff were lovely, superb, and very friendly. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. The accommodation was advertised as having a kitchen, but in reality, there was only an oven and stovetop. There were no cooking pots, cutlery, plates, or even drinking glasses. When we asked the manager about this, instead of providing the basic kitchen equipment, we were told to go to the market and buy it ourselves. This was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was advertised. The second, and most annoying, issue was the noise from the airport. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, and the constant noise from planes made it very difficult to sleep. We could hardly get four hours of proper sleep at night.

Odalara çamaşır makinası, kurutma, ütü, mikrodalga, balkon vs her şey var. Şehir merkezinde. Çalışanlar çok saygılı. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli.

3 günlük konaklamamızda her şey istediğimiz gibiydi.
