"It's a great hotel if you want to stay close to the city center of trabzon (near meydan) the staff is friendly and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. One thing that i would like to point out is that the breakfast is a not thaat great (i mean if you pay 1€ extra that's normal) but the hotel is worth every penny we paid, will rebook if we ever visited trabzon again. "

"No one cleaned the room and changing towels, etc.. the whole day at the end of the day when we back and asked them they said we need to inform first that we need it to be cleaned!!! they have a very poor room service "
