Our stay was excellent in every way. The house was beautiful, particularly the view. The close proximity to the metro area was a plus for us, which allowed some family members to commute on select days. Communication with property manager was superb. Check in and check out processes were flawless. The game room was impressive. My only recommendation is to provide a shower mat or other functional, non-slippery material to master shower. Overall, fantastic experience. We will definitely book again in the future.

Wow!
This house was beautiful from the moment we stepped inside! It had everything you could possibly want, from kitchen supplies to bath towels and toys for the pool. The location is a little rural and driving the roads to the closest town are a slight challenge. But the view is spectacular and very private. Dealing with itrip was great .. everything was outlined in their info brochure. The house was so well set up that we never had to call for info. Don’t forget to bring kids toys, beach towels, food and booze and have a great time!

All weather house with a great view
Celebrated my wife's 40th birthday with a group of friends. The salt water pool is phenomenal and the game room and screened in living room helped us wait out a lightening storm. Great place for a lower key weekend. Due to the proximity of neighbors, a respectful approach to noise is required.

Family Get Together
This house was beautiful. Gorgeous views. The accommodations were first class. The entire family had a great time. Kayaking on the the Chesapeake was easy and lots of fun. The kitchen was well equipped as we ate all but one dinner at the house. The game room was a blast for all.

Beautiful property! The house was well maintained, clean and well-equipped, and all the details and amenities were very thoughtful. Our family of eleven, ranging in age from 9-80 years old, especially enjoyed the pool and kayaking from the small beach area. Thanks very much - we'd love to go back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay overall. The house is situated on the bay itself with a short walk down to a tiny private beach. Highlight was the pool! Plenty of space to spread out and huddle for our group of 10. Look forward to coming back!

Family time
The property itself was amazing. The house is very well taken care of and there are a lot of things you can do with the family. It is a quiet neighborhood which is really nice. The amenities in the home were excellent. We had some very minor issues that were attended to immediately by the property manager (weekends and holiday). Kudos to them for answering all messages and concerns that we had. They made the stay well worth it and were very nice. Will definitely stay again. 5/5 stars
