“Room was modern and lovely and had great views of the park below and the city far and wide, only downside was pool was inaccessible in my stay but that may have only been because I didn't ask the staff to open it for me. The bath and shower were amazing though would happily stay again”

“To clear up the contradictory reviews.
This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab.
The staff was very friendly, did use my translate app. But was not a problem or a hassle and was surprised I didn’t need to use it more this trip.
Only complaint is that even though the room was non-smoking and the beds were very comfortable. There was a constant cigarette smoke smell in the……

“Night staff guy was rude. I arrived alone and he ignored me. My female Vietnamese friend then arrived and I couldn’t get rid of the guy. But big problem was he told my friend that he knew a good restaurant that is crowded with locals and they would send a free car for us. My friend speaks Vietnamese so there was no communication problems. Turns out car was a taxi and we had to pay.
