Both passionate about nature and hiking, Magali and Laurent open the doors of a charming authentic traditional farmhouse of character from the 19th century, carefully restored according to the rules of the art, perched in a quiet "balcony" & "panoramic belvedere", on a well-exposed southern hillside, on the foothills of a small gentle mountain range (to explore on foot or mountain bike during relaxing walks). Absolute tranquility, nestled in a small "dispersed" rural hamlet, residential & agricultural, in the unspoiled countryside of Haut-Clunysois (classified in ZNIEFF for its rich fauna & flora, on an area also protected in Zone "Natura 2000" for its remarkable ecosystem). Magnificent landscaped setting, nestled in the hollow of a sublime hilly setting of nature & greenery, on the immediate edge of a bocage meadow (with the famous Charolais cows as peaceful privileged neighbors) under the wooded ridges of a vast wild forest, accessible just a stone's throw away. A literal haven of peace & serenity. Sumptuous panorama & landscapes. Pleasant enclosed paved courtyard of 300m² (with ping-pong table) including a large exposed terrace, offering superb sunsets.
