"Art Hotel was a last-minute find, and it turned out to be everything I could have hoped for. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Sibiu’s beautiful Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. The property itself is charming and full of character. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, not only with anything we needed at the hotel, but also serving as “tour guides” with recommendations and advice on exploring Sibiu. The breakfast was excellent as well. A wonderful stay all around, and a hotel I would happily return to."

"The property is clean and reasonably well kept. However it appears that they're trying to save money by putting in the smallest IKEA bulbs in the room so older people like us can't see our stuff at night. The AC remember the didn't work so we used the default fan function. When we got back after dinnerz the AC fan was still running but displayed error E5. The room cooled down by about 02:00. We won't be back."
