“Top Zimmer, super liebe Gastgeber! Gern wieder ”

“Durch und durch ein super Hotel! Vom sehr freundlichen Empfang über die wunderschönen Zimmer bis hin zum ausgezeichneten Restaurant, ist alles perfekt! Das Hotel ist in bester Lage im Ort; es verfügt über überdachte Parkplätze, die jedem Zimmer zugeordnet sind, was den Parkplatz garantiert; Der Hotelier ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich, was einen direkt wohlfühlen lässt. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und gemütlich. Das Frühstück konnte ich leider konsumieren, da ich bereits sehr früh……

“War für uns zu 7. Mit motorrädern tip top. Kaffeekapseln könnten im Apartment inklusive sein, vielleicht auch eine Basis wie salz/Pfeffer. Da ich sonst nie Apartments miete kann ich aber nicht sagen ob das üblich ist. Sonst wirklich alles gut!”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay. Even though we were there in the rain the hotel couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean even in stairways. Breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks while completely unexpected were top notch. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming right from arrival to checkout and in the cafe. The walk to town is along a path by the river and just a short walk and umbrellas were available even in weather is rainy. With the rain we made use of the pool……

“The staff was truly so warm, friendly and helpful. Our goal for our stay was to relax and fully unplug, and we did so. We enjoyed days of quiet relaxation with spectacular views of the mountains and valley that started with a wonderful breakfast. The evening meals in the restaurant were delicious. “Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else.”

“The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. ”

“No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. ”

“The breakfast was great along with a wonderful staff. It was a perfect location, good ski room with boot heater/dryers for our stuff, and I loved the quaint village of Kirchberg. The only odd thing about the hotel room was the shower… a little learning curve not to get the entire space wet. But we figured it out. Would stay here again.”
