The Space:
Nestled close to downtown Traverse City, our condo offers the ideal blend of convenience and comfort. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a fun-filled adventure, this themed condo is sure to delight. This unit has a Smart TV located in the living room, where you would need to use your own personal login to any of the streaming services provided on the TV. There is no cable provided. The spacious bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds, while the living room boasts a cozy queen-sized pullout couch, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the basic cookware and dishes you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. We also provide fresh linens and towels for your stay.

After a day exploring the award-winning wineries of Old Mission Peninsula, unwind on our building’s rooftop. Relax in the hot tubs, challenge your friends to a game, or simply enjoy the seating area.

Fantastic Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this rental. The kitchen was fully stocked - so much so that we enjoyed our entire Thanksgiving meal in the comfort of this “home.” It was plenty of room for our family of 4. We will be staying here again.

LOVE THIS PROPERTY 🏡

We absolutely LOVED this Condo!! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We were so excited to be able to take our dogs with us. They had a really nice dog run that was equipped with doggie bags and a garbage! Our dogs finally got to be part of our vacation. Thank you so much for keeping the place looking so nice! Trendy industrial vibes inside the condo. VERY clean, equipped with towels for the hot tub, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We will definitely be scheduling a vacay here again, and telling our friends and Family about it! Thanks for allowing us to make awesome memories here!!!

Overall a 9 out of 10 stay.

Property overall was very nice. We prefer to stay closer to town. Being pet friendly was great for the kids dog. Parking of two vehicles was not allowed and having to park 1 car down the street was a bit of a pain since the kids had to leave at 6:30am we had to get up to get their car. Condo was clean and met cooking needs. Overall was a 9/10 stars and we would definitely use again as an option.

Modern, clean and a short ride to everything.

A couple of suggestions to make it even better! More hooks in bathrooms A Keurig maker for ease and diversity of tastes a full length mirror Shelves for toiletries on the walls next to bathroom sinks. A couple of wine stoppers would be nice. Thank you!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We had four adults. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The location was great, just a very short drive to downtown TC. The rooftop space is a huge bonus for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day and/or unwinding in the hot tub. Riley was great to communicate with. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would stay here again.

Nice, clean place. Plenty of linens and beach towels. Only issue was a lack of kitchen amenities (sponge to clean dishes/pots/pans, a few spices and condiments).

Short trip to Traverse City

The condo is virtually new and very well equipped. At first, I thought the location was going to become inconvenient for us traveling back-and-forth into town or another areas, but in fact, it turned out to be perfect. A bit of a walk into town but then again with some great exercise in town is super nice.
