Comes with a TV that you can watch your personal streaming services, and wifi to keep connected. The bedroom has a full size bed for 2, and the living room has 1 queen size futon/couch. Max occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (more than 2 children will require approval from owner prior to acceptance of the reservation). A full kitchen with electric stove and a full size refrigerator. Decorated in beachy decor.

* Weekend stays cannot be split, meaning we require all Friday and/or Saturday night stays include the entire Friday/Saturday weekend, with either a Thursday or Sunday night added to meet minimum 4 day reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not meet these requirements. Also, when the calendar begins becoming filled in, we will not allow reservations that then leave less than 3 available days (state law minimum) for rental without prior approval.
